I am happy to guide you in identifying underlying causes, providing valuable tools, and helping you further in the process of life transitioning or resolving anxiety issues.
My services might be particularly beneficial if you are looking for help. Still, you find the threshold to contact a psychotherapist too high due to excessive waiting times or if you feel unsure where to start or which sort of therapy might be good and relevant for you. If you think we are a good fit, I offer 50-minute sessions online or in-person in Stockholm.
Having lived and worked in multiple countries and senior roles the past ten years, I have personal experience of the challenges of making bigger transitions in life, such as career changes and adapting to a new country.
I have clinical experience from the University Hospital Charité in Berlin and psychological research experience and am also trained in helping clients with mild to medium anxiety disorders.

Conflicts are part of everyday professional life. Nevertheless, conflicts are often not being dealt with, because one is unsure when to intervene and how to address the problem at hand. Conscious conflict management can be helpful to prevent the conflicts from escalating into resignation, redundancy, or even legal arbitration.
Conflicts are, however, also an opportunity for growth and deepened relationships. If appropriately handled, an unresolved conflict contains unreleased energy that can be set free and create growth, creativity, and increased productivity.
In the meantime, many companies and authorities have recognized that conflicts tie up resources and cause costs. Therefore, timely conflict intervention and even prevention could save a significant amount of money and lessen stress for both parties.

Leadership style and self-understanding are vital components of being able to lead a healthy and productive team.
I am a certified user of the Leadership Style Inventory (LSI) assessments and a big five personality assessment tool developed by Psytest AB. The Leadership Style Inventory (LSI) Test is designed to measure the unique leadership style of current managers, executives, and other types of organisational leaders. The test focuses on how the leader is acting, thinking, and feeling in the context of their position.
As part of my services, I also support leaders and employees with stress reduction and stress management. By addressing mental health issues in the workplace, employers can also reduce health care costs for their businesses and employees. But corporations are also starting to realize that providing mental health support for their employees is an absolute necessity to retain personnel and to show that they care about the well-being of their employees by giving them that extra support.
